New Generation Packaging 1ЕА

In 1EA trays, there is no direct contact of food with pulp and paper materials due to the inner surface protective layer and hermetic soldering of the valvese

The protective layer is added using the dry application method without any adhesives. 1EA trays are produced using high pressure and heat, with NO adhesives

1EA does NOT use liquid boards or cardboard that does not absorb moisture

0% glue!

Trays are sealed using thermo-pressure method. Protective coating is applied by dry extrusion method, no glue used

cellulose remains virgin, unsoaked with glue or additives

Therefore 3-4% of coating can be easily deattached from a cellulose base (and recycled) and 96-97% of cellulose can be recycled

Lids 100% recycability -
only facts

Lids are made from recycled pet material — we use recycled renewable raw materials, reducing the consumption of new raw materials and saving the planet's resources

All packaging components (both trays and lids) can be recycled using special equipment to produce recycled cellulose and plastic

Trays are made from FSC-certified renewable plant materials (raw materials from a responsible forestry supplier)

Glue and liquid boards are not used in the production of packaging

Contain up to 60% of recycled food-grade PET material. Can be 100% recycled using options provided by municipal solid waste managing services.

96-97% of 1EA trays and paper base of paper lids can naturally biodegrade when exposed to certain conditions (warmth, moisture, bacterias, sun) because they are made of virgin cellulose without glue or other additives
